1. Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used stamps
- Damaged items not caused by shipping
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email support@uscheapstamps.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Ship your item to the address provided below

6. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 5 days with photos, and we will either replace it or issue a refund.
